We're Official! Creatives Lab LTD Is Now a Registered Nonprofit Organisation

We're thrilled to share some huge news: Creatives Lab LTD is now officially incorporated with Companies House as a company limited by guarantee!

It might sound like a small administrative step, but for us, it's the moment a dream became a reality. What started as a conversation about the lack of high-level arts opportunities in our community is now a real organisation, ready to make things happen.

Registering as a company limited by guarantee means Creatives Lab is built to serve people, not shareholders. Any income we generate goes straight back into our mission rather than into anyone's pocket. It's the right structure for an organisation that exists for one reason: to bring exceptional arts opportunities to our community.

Creatives Lab was founded by Ted and Clair, two people who saw a gap and decided to do something about it. Their vision is simple but ambitious: Charnwood deserves access to high-level arts experiences, the kind usually reserved for bigger cities with bigger budgets. And they're not stopping there — Charnwood is just the beginning.

This is just the starting point. With the company now legally established, we can begin building partnerships, seeking funding, and developing the programmes that will bring our vision to life. We've got big plans, and we can't wait to share them with you as they take shape.
