We aim to make our Squarespace website as accessible as possible. We regularly review our site to ensure:

Please note that our booking processes are managed externally by our trusted partners, ClassForKids and Ticket Tailor. Both platforms maintain their own digital accessibility standards to ensure smooth checkouts.

2. Physical Accessibility at Our Workshops

Because we run workshops in various community spaces and venues, physical accessibility can vary depending on the location of the event.

  • Venue Selection: We make every effort to select venues that offer step-free access, accessible parking, and accessible restroom facilities.

  • Specific Venue Details: The specific accessibility features of a venue will be listed clearly on the event booking page (via ClassForKids for youth classes or Ticket Tailor for adult classes).

3. Sharing Your Requirements (Duty of Care)

To help us provide the best possible support, we invite you to share any specific access, learning, or medical requirements with us during the checkout process:

  • For Children: Please use the health, medical, and special educational needs (SEN) fields in ClassForKids.

  • For Adults: Please use the custom access requirements field provided during checkout on Ticket Tailor.

Sharing this information allows our workshop leaders to make reasonable adjustments to the space, materials, or delivery style ahead of time.
